- 8 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 ½ tablespoons)
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving ½ cup of the pasta cooking water. Set aside.

- Carefully whisk the reserved pasta water into the oil and garlic sauce until well mixed.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring well, and cook for 3-5 minutes until the pasta has absorbed some of the liquid.
- Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and top with shredded parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your desired spice level.
- For extra flavor, consider adding freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
