Ingredients

Scale
  1. 2 lbs kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  2. 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
  3. ½ cup honey
  4. ¼ cup brown sugar
  5. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
  6. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  7. ½ tsp garlic powder
  8. ½ tsp onion powder
  9. ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  10. ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Prep the Kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds and place them in the slow cooker.
  • Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Combine & Cook: Pour the sauce over the kielbasa in the slow cooker and toss everything together to coat evenly.
  • Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm straight from the slow cooker with toothpicks or over rice for a heartier dish!

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of honey and brown sugar to your liking.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, feel free to add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
