- 2 lbs kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Prep the Kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds and place them in the slow cooker.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Combine & Cook: Pour the sauce over the kielbasa in the slow cooker and toss everything together to coat evenly.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm straight from the slow cooker with toothpicks or over rice for a heartier dish!

- You can adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of honey and brown sugar to your liking.
- If you prefer a spicier dish, feel free to add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
