2 lbs kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch rounds
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
½ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Prep the Kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds and place them in the slow cooker.
Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
