Ingredients

Scale
  1. Pie Filling:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
    • 10.2 oz bag of fun-size Butterfingers, unwrapped and chopped (divided)
    • 12 oz whipped topping (divided)

    Crust:

    • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, use an electric or hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

2. Fold in Whipped Topping:

  • Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until just combined.

3. Mix in Butterfingers:

  • Stir in half of the chopped Butterfingers into the peanut butter mixture.

4. Assemble the Pie:

  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

5. Add Topping:

  • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pie filling and sprinkle the rest of the chopped Butterfingers on top for garnish.

6. Chill and Serve:

  • Refrigerate the pie for 2-4 hours (or overnight) until firm. Slice and serve cold. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup over the top before serving.
  • You can freeze the pie for a firmer texture, making it easier to slice.
