Ingredients
For the Pavlova:

Instructions
- Prepare the Pavlova:

◦ Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
◦ Gradually add granulated sugar, whisking until stiff, glossy peaks form.
◦ Gently fold in vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch.
◦ Spoon the meringue mixture onto the heart shapes on the parchment paper, smoothing it evenly.
◦ Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes until the outside is crisp and golden but the inside is soft and marshmallowy.
◦ Turn off the oven and allow the pavlova to cool completely with the oven door slightly ajar. - Prepare the Whipped Cream:
◦ In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. - Assemble the Pavlova:
◦ Once the pavlova is fully cooled, transfer it to a serving platter.
◦ Spoon the whipped cream on top of the meringue base.
◦ Arrange the mixed berries on top of the whipped cream. - Serve:
