Description

These Frozen Applesauce Bites are a healthy, no-bake snack perfect for kids with a sweet tooth! Made with just one ingredient, these cool summer treats are great for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. They take only 5 minutes to prepare and are a fun way to turn applesauce into a refreshing finger food.

Ingredients

  1. Applesauce (unsweetened, or flavored as preferred)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet that fits in your freezer with parchment paper.
  • Pipe small dollops of applesauce onto the parchment paper. Use a squeeze pack or create a piping bag by placing applesauce into a sandwich bag and snipping off one corner.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight until solid.

  • Transfer the frozen bites to a freezer-safe container or bag for storage.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought applesauce or homemade applesauce.
  • For added flavor, mix in a little cinnamon or vanilla extract before freezing.
  • These are great for busy parents looking for a quick snack for toddlers or babies.

  • You can adjust the size of the dollops to suit your needs; larger bites work well for older kids, while smaller ones are better for babies and toddlers
