- 1 lb stew meat (use 2 lbs for extra servings)
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 small can mushrooms (drained)
- 1 can beef broth (use the empty cream of mushroom can for measurement)
For Serving:

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crockpot
- Add the stew meat, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
Step 2: Slow Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Step 3: Prepare Noodles
- About 20 minutes before the beef tips are done, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
- Serve the beef tips and sauce over the cooked egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
- For thicker sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes.
- Swap egg noodles for mashed potatoes or rice if preferred.
- Double the meat and keep the sauce measurements the same for more servings.
