1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 cups vegetable broth
1 can (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound lump crab meat
1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Add Flavorings: Stir in oregano and red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute to release their flavors.
Deglaze: Pour in the white wine, scraping the bottom of the pot to release any browned bits.
Add Broth and Tomatoes: Add vegetable broth and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Add Seafood: Stir in shrimp and crab meat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
Add Cream: Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
