1/2 pound small pasta shells (like ditalini or acini di pepe)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown ground beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Sauté vegetables: Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Combine ingredients: Add diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, parsley, oregano, and black pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook pasta: Add pasta to the skillet and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
