- 2 cups crab meat
- 16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks), softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- First, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 1 minute.
- Chop the green onions and add them to the softened cream cheese along with the crab meat.
- Add the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with chips, fried wontons, or pork rinds. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a crispier texture, you can broil the dip for a minute or two after baking.
- This dip is best served hot, but can be stored in the fridge for a day or two if necessary.
