  1. 2 cups crab meat
  2. 16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks), softened
  3. 1/2 cup sour cream
  4. 4 green onions, chopped
  5. 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  6. 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • First, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  • Chop the green onions and add them to the softened cream cheese along with the crab meat.
  • Add the sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with chips, fried wontons, or pork rinds. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a crispier texture, you can broil the dip for a minute or two after baking.
