Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with paper muffin liners.
Make the Muffin Batter:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using).
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Fill the Muffin Tin:
- Divide the muffin batter evenly between the 12 muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
