- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups (480ml) low-sodium beef broth
- 1½ cups (170g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sauté the Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and red bell pepper. Cook for about 3 minutes until softened. - Brown the Beef
