These Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp are bursting with flavor and ready in no time! Juicy shrimp seasoned with garlic, Parmesan, and a touch of lemon pepper make the perfect appetizer, snack, or main dish. Serve them over pasta, in a salad, or with your favorite dipping sauce.

  1. 12 oz bag frozen shrimp (thawed, shelled, and deveined)
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  7. 1/2 cup fresh shredded Parmigiana Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Shrimp:
    Pat dry the thawed shrimp with a paper towel and place them in a medium bowl.
  • Season the Shrimp:
    Add olive oil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix well to coat all the shrimp evenly.
  • Air Fry the Shrimp:
    Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary.

    • Set the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
    • Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the shrimp halfway through at the 5-minute mark.
  • Serve:
    Remove the shrimp from the air fryer. Serve immediately with your choice of cocktail sauce, over pasta, or in a salad.

  • Ensure the shrimp are in a single layer for even cooking.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan works best for optimal flavor.
  • For added zest, serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
