Refreshing and chewy Green Tea, Lemon & Ginger Chews made with natural gelatin, zesty lemon, soothing green tea, and spicy ginger—perfect for a healthy, flavorful snack or digestive aid.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup cold water
- 5 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (from 4 tea bags)
- 1/3 cup ginger juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Honey to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Pour cold water into a saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Brew strong green tea using 4 tea bags and measure 1/2 cup.
- Add brewed tea, ginger juice, and lemon juice to the bloomed gelatin. Heat gently on low until the gelatin dissolves completely, but do not boil.
- Add honey to taste, if desired, and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a greased dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Pop the chews out of molds or cut into squares if set in a dish.
- Store airtight in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Do not boil the gelatin mixture to avoid losing its gelling ability.
- Adjust honey to control sweetness or omit for a sugar-free option.
- Use fresh ginger juice for best flavor and health benefits.
