Ingredients
1 cup sea salt
2–3 fresh jalapenos
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
Slice the jalapenos in half and remove seeds for less heat if desired.
Place the jalapeno halves on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 2 hours or until completely dried and crisp.
Add the dried jalapenos, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to a food processor.
Pulse until a fine, even consistency is reached.
Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to 6 months.
