Instructions
- In a bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix cake flour, yeast, and baking soda.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a lump forms.
- Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Knead briefly to incorporate.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Place dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll into a thin rectangle.
- Trim the edges with a crinkle cutter and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Poke each cracker with a fork to prevent puffing.
- Preheat oven to 338°F (170°C).
- Place crackers on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before serving.
