Description

Ingredients

  2. 2 tbsp soy sauce

  3. 1 tbsp sesame oil

  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  5. 1-inch ginger, grated

  6. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  7. 1 tbsp maple syrup

  8. 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  9. 1/4 cup vegetable broth

  10. Salt and pepper to taste

  11. Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  • Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.

  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and vegetable broth.

  • Pour the sauce over the bok choy, stirring well to combine.

  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender-crisp.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

 

  • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
