- 3 tablespoons Za’atar seasoning
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (9-ounce) package oyster crackers
- Kosher salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Za’atar seasoning, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the crackers are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- If desired, sprinkle with kosher salt before serving. Enjoy!
