Description

Za’atar Fire Crackers are a savory, crunchy snack coated with a blend of Za’atar seasoning, olive oil, and spices, perfect for a flavorful bite.


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Za’atar seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (9-ounce) package oyster crackers
  • Kosher salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Za’atar seasoning, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the crackers are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with kosher salt before serving. Enjoy!
