  2. 2 tbsp tomato paste or ketchup
  3. 1 tbsp melted butter
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. 1 tsp paprika
  7. 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  9. 12 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
  10. Optional: 1/2 tsp sriracha or hot sauce (for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  • Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, tomato paste (or ketchup), melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sugar.
  • Add Vinegar and Water: Stir in the rice vinegar and water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  • Adjust Flavor: Taste and adjust the sweetness, tanginess, or spice level by adding more sugar, vinegar, or sriracha if desired.
  • Chill: Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  • Serve: Use as a dipping sauce for shrimp, grilled meats, vegetables, or sushi. Enjoy!
