- 1–2 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 1–2 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
- Optional: 1/2 tsp sriracha or hot sauce (for a spicy kick)
Instructions
- Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, tomato paste (or ketchup), melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sugar.
- Add Vinegar and Water: Stir in the rice vinegar and water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Adjust Flavor: Taste and adjust the sweetness, tanginess, or spice level by adding more sugar, vinegar, or sriracha if desired.
- Chill: Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
