Ingredients

200g feta cheese

3 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp lemon zest

1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp clear honey

Walnut halves, finely chopped (for garnish)

Fresh mint, finely chopped (for garnish)

Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (for serving)
Instructions

Blend the Ingredients:
Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey to a food processor.
Blitz until smooth and creamy. -
Adjust & Chill (Optional):
For a thicker texture, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Serve & Garnish:
Transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and mint, then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
