Description

This Whipped Feta is creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet with a hint of spice! Blended with Greek yogurt, honey, lemon, and olive oil, it’s perfect as a dip, spread, or appetizer. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for an easy crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

Scale
  1. 200g feta cheese

  2. 3 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)

  3. 2 tbsp olive oil

  4. ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  5. 1 tsp lemon zest

  6. 1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice

  7. 1 tbsp clear honey

  8. Walnut halves, finely chopped (for garnish)

  9. Fresh mint, finely chopped (for garnish)

  10. Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (for serving)


Instructions

  • Blend the Ingredients:
    Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey to a food processor.
    Blitz until smooth and creamy.

  • Adjust & Chill (Optional):
    For a thicker texture, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

 

  • Serve & Garnish:
    Transfer to a serving dish.
    Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and mint, then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
    Enjoy with pita chips, fresh veggies, or crusty bread!


Notes

  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
