- 1 tsp honey

- 4–5 drops red food coloring (optional)
- 7.5 oz marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- If using a block of strawberry cream cheese, let it sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour to soften.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and food coloring (if using) until well combined.
- Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff, either fully incorporating or leaving some swirls for texture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days.
- Serve chilled with fresh fruit, pretzels, or cookies.
