A fun and refreshing twist on fries! These Watermelon Fries are perfect for hot days and make a great healthy snack or party treat. Served with a sweet, creamy fruit dip made of vanilla yogurt and strawberries, these fries are bursting with flavor and sunshine!

- For the Watermelon Fries
- Half of a large watermelon
For the Fruit Dip
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
Instructions

- Cut across the middle of each disc to create semi-circle shapes.
- Cut the Fries
- Use a crinkle cutter to cut the watermelon into fries. Start at one side of each semi-circle and work your way across.
- Trim off any excess rind and compost.
- Prepare the Fruit Dip
- Blend together the vanilla yogurt, strawberries, and honey in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Serve
- Arrange the watermelon fries on a serving tray and pair them with the sweet fruit dip for dipping!
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness of the dip by adding more or less honey depending on your preference.
For an extra twist, add a sprinkle of mint to the fruit dip for a refreshing flavor boost!
