Description

Refreshing, sweet, and spicy, these watermelon fries are the perfect summer treat! Paired with a creamy coconut lime dip, they’re a unique and healthy snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  1. For the Watermelon Fries:

    • 1 watermelon, rind removed and cut into long fry-like shapes

    • 2 tsp Tajin Classic Seasoning

  2. For the Coconut Lime Dip:

    • 1 cup coconut yogurt

    • Zest and juice of 1 lime

    • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or to taste)


Instructions

  • Make the dip: In a bowl, combine coconut yogurt, lime juice and zest, and coconut sugar. Mix well and set aside.

  • Prepare the watermelon fries: On a plate, arrange watermelon fries and sprinkle them with Tajin Classic Seasoning.

 

  • Serve: Enjoy the watermelon fries with the coconut lime dip on the side!


Notes

  • Adjust the amount of coconut sugar based on how sweet you like your dip.

  • You can use Greek yogurt if you prefer a tangier dip.

 

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili powder to the watermelon fries.
