- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in marinara sauce and cooked meat, if using.
- Add cooked spaghetti and half of the shredded mozzarella. Toss gently to combine.
- Transfer to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
