Description

Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole is a warm, creamy, and cheesy comfort food classic—perfect for busy weeknights or potluck dinners, with a rich blend of cream cheese, marinara, and melty mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and cooked meat, if using.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and half of the shredded mozzarella. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
