These oven-baked turkey wings are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with a crispy golden-brown skin. Slow-baked in savory broth, they’re tender and fall-off-the-bone delicious! This easy one-pan recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 4 turkey wings

  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  3. 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  4. 1 tablespoon onion powder

  5. 1 teaspoon paprika

  6. Salt and pepper, to taste

  7. 1 cup chicken broth

  8. Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Season the Turkey Wings: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey wings.

  • Bake the Wings: Place the seasoned turkey wings in a baking dish. Pour the chicken broth around the wings. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the wings are tender.

  • Crisp the Skin: Remove the foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes, until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

  • Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes!

Notes

  • Optional Step: For extra crispy skin, broil the wings for a couple of minutes after baking.

  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.

  • If you don’t have chicken broth, water can be used, though the flavor might be less rich.
