Tuna Tostadas are crispy tostada shells topped with a flavorful tuna mixture, including sweet corn, onion, cilantro, and a tangy salsa and lime dressing, finished with a dollop of sour cream.

- 3 (5 ounce) cans solid white tuna packed in water, drained
- ½ (10 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1 lime, juiced
- Hot sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream, for topping
- 8 tostada shells
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, sweet corn, chopped onion, and cilantro.
- Add the salsa, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until well combined.
- Arrange the tostada shells on serving plates.
- Spoon the tuna mixture evenly onto each tostada shell.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, toast the tostada shells in the oven before serving.
- Add sliced avocado or a sprinkle of cheese for added richness.
- If you prefer, you can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
