- 200g white chocolate
- 6 large eggs
- 300ml heavy cream
- 150g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 200g dark chocolate

- Melt the dark chocolate: Begin by melting the dark chocolate and set it aside to cool.
- Whisk egg whites: In a bowl, whisk the egg whites and sugar together until stiff peaks form.
- Whip heavy cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Combine dark chocolate: Gently fold the cooled dark chocolate into the egg whites, followed by the whipped cream.
- Repeat with other chocolates: Repeat the process with the milk chocolate and white chocolate, following the same folding technique.
- Layer the mousse: In a cake mold, start layering the mousses: dark chocolate first, followed by milk, and then white chocolate.
- Refrigerate: Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, allowing the layers to set before serving.

- Make sure to allow the cake to fully set in the fridge for at least 4 hours for the best results.
