These Thin and Crispy Almond Cookies are light, crunchy, and packed with nutty flavor. Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re the perfect gluten-free dessert for almond lovers.   1. 200 g sliced almonds
  2. 1 egg white
  3. ¼ cup sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 320℉ (160℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and sugar until dissolved. Stir in sliced almonds, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Shape the Cookies: Using a round cookie cutter, thinly mold the almond mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 284℉ (140℃) and bake for another 7 minutes until golden and crispy.

 

  • Cool & Store: Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
