Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 320℉ (160℃). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and sugar until dissolved. Stir in sliced almonds, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Shape the Cookies: Using a round cookie cutter, thinly mold the almond mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 284℉ (140℃) and bake for another 7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool & Store: Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
