- 1 French bread loaf
- 1 pound Ribeye steak
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Provolone cheese slices
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Thinly slice the ribeye steak. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak with the sliced onion and Worcestershire sauce for a few minutes until the steak is cooked to your liking. Set aside.
- Make the Garlic Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, softened butter, Asiago cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Assemble the Bread: Cut the French bread loaf in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic cheese mixture generously on the cut sides of the bread.
- Add the Steak and Cheese: Layer the cooked steak and onions on top of the cheese mixture. Top with slices of provolone cheese.
- Bake: Add salt and pepper to taste, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden and crispy.

Notes
- For extra flavor, you can drizzle a little more Worcestershire sauce on the steak while cooking.
