Ingredients

Scale
  1. lbs sausage kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced ¼” thick
  2. 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
  3. 2 15 oz cans green beans, drained
  4. ⅛ cup vegetable oil
  5. ¼ cup butter
  6. 1 cup onions, chopped
  7. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  8. 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp pepper
  11. ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  12. ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Wash the creamer potatoes, cut them in half, and add them to a sealable gallon-sized bag.
  3. Add oil, seasonings, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the bag and shake to coat the potatoes.
  4. In a large frying pan, add sausage and water. Cook over medium-high heat until sausage is browned and most of the water has evaporated. Remove sausage from pan and allow it to cool. Add the cooled sausage to the bag.
  5. Melt butter in the frying pan and add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent. Let cool for a few minutes and then add to the bag with the sausage.
  6. Add the green beans to the bag, shake to mix, and then empty the contents into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Cover with foil and place in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Carefully remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!

  • For added flavor, you can substitute the vegetable oil with olive oil.
