			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 8 oz noodles (lo mein or spaghetti)
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
 - 1 tsp ginger, minced
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - Sesame seeds for garnish
 
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
 - Add the minced garlic and ginger to the beef and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
 - Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
 - Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, coating them in the beef and sauce mixture.
 - Garnish with chopped green onions, red pepper flakes (if using), and sesame seeds before serving.
 
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness of the dish by adding more or less brown sugar.
 - If you prefer a spicy kick, feel free to increase the red pepper flakes or add a dash of chili sauce.
 - For a lighter version, you can use lean ground beef or substitute with ground turkey.
