  1. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  2. 1/2 apple, diced (choose a sweet-crisp variety)

  3. 1/4 cup red or green grapes, halved

  4. 2 celery stems, thinly sliced

  5. 1 seedless mini cucumber, chopped

  6. 1/4 cup raisins

  7. 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  8. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  9. 1/4 tsp onion powder

  10. Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the Base:
    In a large bowl, add cooked chicken, diced apple, grapes, celery, cucumber, and raisins.

  • Make the Creamy Dressing:
    In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

  • Mix It All Together:
    Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

 

  • Chill & Serve:
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
    Serve in lettuce cups, on a sandwich, or with crackers for a light and tasty meal!
