This Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is the perfect easy comfort food! Juicy chicken, creamy sauce, and savory stuffing bake together in one dish for a cozy, satisfying meal. Perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs chicken tenderloins (or breasts/thighs), chopped

  2. ½ tsp kosher salt

  3. ½ tsp black pepper

  4. 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup

  5. 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  6. ¼ cup milk

  7. 1 (6 oz) box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix

  8. 1 ½ cups chicken broth

  9. Parsley for garnish (optional

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep
    Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 11×7-inch baking dish.

  • Assemble the Casserole
    Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and arrange in the dish. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Make the Sauce
    Whisk together the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk until smooth. Pour over the chicken, spreading evenly.

  • Add Stuffing & Bake
    Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top. Drizzle chicken broth over the stuffing. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

  • Uncover & Finish Baking
    Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until golden brown.

 

  • Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with a drizzle of the creamy sauce.

Notes

  • You can substitute the chicken tenderloins with chicken breasts or thighs if preferred.

  • Feel free to use a different brand of stuffing mix or make your own from scratch.

 

  • For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or garlic to the chicken mixture.
