Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Pizza Rolls:

    • Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface into a rectangle shape.
    • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
    • Roll the dough up tightly from one edge to the other, forming a log.
    • Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces (about 12-14 rolls, depending on the size of the dough).
    • Arrange the pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
