  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the egg noodles, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  6. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the butter and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it warm through for 2–3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm with sauce spooned over each serving.
