- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for texture)
- 1 large egg (optional for binding)

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite melting cheeses)
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 20–30 tots)

Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onions, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup or barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well to combine. -
Assemble the Casserole:
Press the meatloaf mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Evenly spread shredded cheese over the meatloaf mixture. Neatly arrange tater tots on top to cover the entire surface. -
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through, the tater tots are golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
