This Ultimate Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole combines all the mouthwatering flavors of a loaded pizza, without the crust! It’s a cheesy, hearty dish packed with ground beef, Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Perfect for a pizza night with a twist!

  1. 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  2. 1 lb ground beef
  3. ½ lb Italian sausage
  4. ½ cup pepperoni slices
  5. ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  6. 2 cups pizza sauce
  7. 1 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  9. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  10. ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  11. ¼ cup black olives (optional)
  12. ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:
    Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Brown the Meat:
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pizza sauce.

  • Assemble the Casserole:
    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, half the meat mixture, and half the pepperoni and bacon.
    Sprinkle with half the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
    Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.

  • Bake & Serve:
    Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Garnish with black olives and red pepper flakes if desired. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can customize the meats according to your preferences. Add more pepperoni, sausage, or other meats for a personalized touch.
  • For a spicy kick, add more red pepper flakes or even jalapeños.
  • If you’re not a fan of olives, feel free to omit them or substitute with green bell peppers or mushrooms.
