    • 1 tablespoon chicken spice mix
  2. Veggies & Aromatics:

    • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
    • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  3. Sauce:

    1. 1 cup chicken stock
    2. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    3. 2 teaspoons salt
    4. 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
    5. ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
    6. 2 tablespoons butter
    7. ⅓ cup cream
    8. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish and season with chicken spice mix, salt, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix chopped parsley, garlic, and red onion. Spread this mixture over the chicken.
