Ingredients

1 block (32 Oz.) Velveeta Cheese

1 package (8 Oz.) Cream Cheese

1 can (10 Oz.) Rotel (original, mild, or hot, do not drain)

1 can (10.75 Oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 pound Ground Beef OR Sausage (or a combination of both, preferred: Owens or Jimmy Dean HOT sausage)
Instructions

Brown the ground beef or sausage (or both) in a pan over medium heat. Set aside.

Cut up the Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes and place them into a crockpot.

Add the Rotel (with juices) and cream of mushroom soup to the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Set the crockpot on low and let it cook for an hour, stirring occasionally.

After 30 minutes, add the browned meat to the crockpot and stir well. Continue cooking, stirring as needed, until everything is melted and fully combined.

You can use a combination of ground beef and sausage for extra flavor, but it’s also delicious with just one type of meat.
