1 lb ground beef

1 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)

1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced (optional)

1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

1 (28-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

Season the beef with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in pizza sauce and remove from heat.

Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the beef.

Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, olives, bell pepper, and mushrooms on top.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
