Description

These Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites combine two breakfast favorites into one irresistible treat — soft, gooey cinnamon rolls turned into golden, bite-sized French toast pieces.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Maple syrup or icing from the cinnamon rolls (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and set the icing aside. Cut each cinnamon roll into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Dip each cinnamon roll bite into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the coated bites in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
