- 6 oz pecans
- 8 oz chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the pecans in clusters on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt the caramels over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Once melted, drop a spoonful of caramel onto each cluster of pecans.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in 20-second intervals and stirring in between.
- Spoon the melted chocolate over the caramel-covered pecans.
- Refrigerate the candies for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
