Ingredients
Scale
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and smoked paprika. Mix well to create the marinade.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken bites in the skillet, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Optional glaze: If desired, pour any remaining marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
If you want extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade for some heat.
Feel free to serve the chicken bites with a side of rice, veggies, or a salad for a full meal.
