Description

This Peanut Butter Chocolate Freezer Fudge is a rich, indulgent treat combining creamy peanut butter and decadent dark chocolate, frozen to perfection for a refreshing dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (if your peanut butter isn’t salted)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the maple syrup and sea salt (if needed).
  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish or silicone mold and spread evenly.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and swirl it together with a toothpick or knife.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  6. Once set, cut into squares or remove from the mold. Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter fudge, you can add more maple syrup to taste.
