Sauce:

  • 1 (10-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix according to the package directions and let cool slightly.
  3. Press each chicken breast into the warm stuffing, coating thoroughly on all sides.
  4. Arrange coated chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temp 165°F/74°C) and the stuffing is golden brown.
