Perfect for spring and summer, this no-bake dessert combines mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and sweetened ladyfingers soaked in a flavorful strawberry-orange mixture. An easy yet elegant treat that’s sure to impress your guests
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3–4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- About 38 ladyfingers
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, whisk together strawberry preserves, orange juice, and lemon juice until fully combined. Set aside.
-
In a separate large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
-
Dip each ladyfinger into the strawberry mixture for a few seconds, ensuring they’re well-soaked but not soggy. Arrange them at the bottom of a serving dish (a 9×13-inch pan works well).
-
Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it out with a spatula. Then, add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
-
Repeat the layers: Dip the remaining ladyfingers into the strawberry mixture and layer them on top of the mascarpone, followed by another layer of mascarpone and strawberries.
-
Once all the layers are completed, cover the pan and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
-
Serve chilled, and enjoy this fruity, creamy treat!
Notes
- Make sure to refrigerate the tiramisu overnight for the best flavor and texture.
- You can garnish the tiramisu with extra fresh strawberries before serving for a beautiful presentation.
- For a non-alcoholic version, avoid using any liquor in the soaking mixture.
