Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, creating a soft dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and then roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the cookies have spread slightly.
- Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
