Description

    • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    For the Topping:

    1. 24 chocolate kisses (unwrapped)
    2. 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, creating a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and then roll each ball in granulated sugar.
  • Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the cookies have spread slightly.
  • Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
