- 1 can Strawberry Pie Filling or 1 cup fresh diced strawberries (add 1/4 cup sugar if using fresh) – sweet fruity filling
- 3 1/2 teaspoons dry Strawberry Jello – for added flavor
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice – adds a zing to balance the sweetness
Instructions
- Mix the condensed milk and Cool Whip by hand until fluffy.
- Add the dry Jello and stir until well-combined.
- Pour in the lemon juice and mix until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
- Fold in the strawberry pie filling or the sugared fresh strawberries.
- Scoop the mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberry slices before serving.
Notes
- If using fresh strawberries, you can adjust the sweetness with more sugar if desired.
