Sweet and crunchy strawberry-flavored Rice Krispie treats topped with a delicious strawberry crunch made from Golden Oreos, strawberry Jell-O powder, and melted butter.

- For the Rice Krispie Treats:
- 6 cups strawberry-flavored Rice Krispies cereal (or regular Rice Krispies)
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
- 10 Golden Oreos, crushed
- 3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O powder
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Crunch Mix: In a bowl, mix the crushed Golden Oreos, strawberry Jell-O powder, and melted butter. Stir until well combined and set aside.
- Make the Rice Krispie Treats: In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows, stirring until fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
- Assemble and Press Into Pan: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and press the Rice Krispie mixture evenly into the pan.
- Sprinkle the prepared strawberry crunch topping evenly over the surface, pressing gently so it adheres.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the treats to set for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
- If you can’t find strawberry-flavored Rice Krispies, regular Rice Krispies work just fine!
- For an extra touch, you can also add a drizzle of melted white chocolate over the top of the treats before serving.
- Be sure to press the topping gently into the Rice Krispie treats to make sure it sticks properly.
